Nikki is absolutely amazing. She sold our house in one weekend - above asking - and then found us our new forever home which we were able to get for an amazing price. She is insanely talented, dedicated and knowledgeable. She knows the NOVA area inside and out. She spent weeks looking with us - driving all over NOVA. She was always patient, funny and prepared. She was always available to us via phone, text, and email. She is very knowledgeable about the McLean area. Nikki helped us find a rental townhouse when we first moved into the area and then found us our home in the same area when we were ready to buy. She brought her deep knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods and little facts that were so critical in finding the right place for our family. She understood what we were looking for, was patient as we educated ourselves on what was out there and ultimately returned us to a place we had seen before (but with a totally different perspective). We couldn't be happier with our home!

Sara was awesome to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the DC market and very professional. She has a good eye for what homes have long term value and she is great at negotiating a good deal. Being a long-time resident of the DC area, she knows the neighborhoods, schools and cultural details that can help buyers figure out the best home for them. She also has lots of connections with contractors who can help remodel homes and she works with awesome loan agents.

Nikki was an ideal buyers agent for our family. She listened carefully to our needs, was very patient throughout the search and proved herself a skilled and sophisticated negotiator from initial offer through closing. She represented our family diligently and managed our expectations very well.
